Introducing TrashBolt V3!
Starting in 2026, we will begin moving existing clients into TrashBolt’s new platform. We call it V3 (you’re using V2 now). There is no additional cost for the upgrade (unless you add more features/applications). Read CEO Ryan Hasse’s letter with more details about the new version and the user conference.

We invite you to join us at the Mall of America in Bloomington, MN on Thursday, June 25th for user conference! The event will include training sessions for the many parts of V3 such as the map manager, pricing updates, promo codes, and product creation as well as information about the many optional new apps available as a result of the upgrade.

PandaDoc
Do we have to stop using PandaDoc?
No, our clients will have the choice to remain on PandaDoc indefinitely; the change is not mandatory.
Can we use PandaDoc for some but not all services or for other uses for our company?
You can continue to use PandaDoc for some service types such as Commercial or Roll Off sign up and move to the TrashBolt Client Online Portal for other service types, like Residential or Customer Service Portal transactions.
Will the amount we are billed change if we remain on PandaDoc?
Because PandaDoc is changing their pricing model to a per document fee, there may be additional charges to remain on PandaDoc.
Will there be automated lead follow up emails in version 3 of TrashBolt like in PandaDoc?
Yes, Version 3 will include automated follow up emails with customizable templates!
