The TrashBolt team invites you to our User Conference on June 25, 2026, at the Mall of America Executive Center. We are excited to share with you the many improvements and new features included in Version 3!
Join us for our one-day conference where we will walk you through our new system features and provide hands-on opportunities to try it and provide your feedback!
Here are some of the key improvements to be covered:
- V3 release: The Online Signup System moves from V2 to V3, bringing major improvements.
- No more PandaDoc. (It’s optional!)
- Many New Modules/Applications: Explore a suite of new applications, including the Bulky Pickup, Notifications System, Phone App & more.
- Ability to capture credit card information in your existing back-end system. (Soft-Pak, NavuSoft, Hauler Hero, etc.)
- Data Sync App: A robot that enters data into your back-end system.

Registration & Cost
- Ticket Price: $495 per attendee.
- What’s Included:
- Wednesday – Welcome Reception with Food, Drinks, and Fun at The Fair on 4 at Mall of America.

Thursday – Snacks and Beverages throughout the day as well as a $50 MOA Gift Card for lunch. Post Conference Dinner Thursday Evening.
- Travel: Attendees are responsible for their flight and hotel. We recommend staying at one of the hotels attached to the Mall of America for maximum convenience. See the FAQ’s for a list of recommended hotels.

What are the directions for parking and getting to conference meeting space?
Getting to the Executive Center from one of the MOA connected hotels or parking ramps is easy! The Executive Center is located in a private wing of the mall on the fourth floor.

Parking
The best parking for MOA Executive Center is the East Parking Ramp, located near Forever 21.
- Open to the public at 7 a.m.
- Accessible from 24th Avenue South
Directions
- Park on East Parking Ramp, Level 5: New York.
- Go up the half flight of stairs, walk through the skyway + enter Mall of America.
- Proceed straight (toward the elevators), and turn right after House of Comedy.
- Proceed down the hallway to the wooden doors on your left, above which is a sign marked “Mall of America Executive Center.”
Accessible Directions
- Park on East Parking Ramp, Level 4: Florida.
- Enter the Mall via the skyway, and take the elevator immediately to your left up one level to Level 4.
- Proceed straight (toward the elevators), and turn right after House of Comedy.
- Proceed down the hallway to the wooden doors on your left, above which is a sign marked “Mall of America Executive Center.”
What transportation is available from the airport?
Getting to the MOA from the airport is easy via light rail, taxis or rideshare, and hotel shuttles.

When do I need to register by?
There is no official register by date. To help us plan for the event, please register by June 1, 2026 if possible.
What is the cancellation/refund policy?
If for some reason you are unable to attend the user conference, please contact us to arrange for a refund of your conference registration fee.
Will there be Wi-Fi?
A Wi-Fi network will be available in the Executive Center for attendees.

What is the meeting space configuration?
The Executive Center is a suite of meeting spaces located on the fourth floor of the Mall of America (MOA). The suite includes private restroom facilities. It is a short walk from the connected parking ramps and hotels. Read more about the space here.
