Meet the Team CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER​ - K. Ryan Hasse
Chief Executive Officer

K. Ryan Hasse​

Ryan has lead several technology companies from capital raise/startup to revenue to sale. His vision and management style seeks to create harmony between a quality customer experience, happy employees, and sustainable business practices. Ryan has had several business consulting engagements across a multitude of industries, both private and non-profit. His entrepreneurial insight and deep experience continue to shape and direct our business.

Meet the Team CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER​​ - G. Wayne Molck​

G. Wayne Molck

Wayne came to TrashBolt as an extremely qualified executive with excellent experience in several industries. He is a retired CPA with strong skills in financial and banking. He was an Audit Manager for Arthur Anderson, and was responsible for conducting audit and consulting engagements. Wayne brings invaluable experience relative to our own growth and stability, as well as our customers for whom he consults.

Martin Euerle

With over 30 years in software development, Martin brings remarkable breadth and depth to the CTO/CIO role from years of development and management across a wide range of industries. He has extensive knowledge of how to create and lead effective teams both on and offshore. Martin has a keen understanding of how to match a company’s technology to business strategy while focusing on customer needs.

Andrew Sorenson

Andy has the magic touch. As a founding member and past owner of several highly successful businesses, Andy’s contributions to TrashBolt and SalesStryke as a member of our Board of Directors is key. His experience in starting, operating and then selling GarbageMan, Inc. in just 9 years helped set up TrashBolt and SalesStryke as a premier and proven sales solution in the garbage hauling industry.

PROJECT MANAGER - Randy Sorensen​​

Randy Sorensen​

Randy’s main role at TrashBolt is project management. Through that role he guides the customer through the final stages of the implementation and provides post installation support. He also does data reporting, marketing, and content writing for SalesStryke, TrashBolt and Waste Container Systems.

LEAD MAP DESIGN​ Chad Johnson​

Chad Johnson​

Chad’s skills bring hauler’s routes into the TrashBolt system. He creates unique parcel perfect polygons for company’s routes. No matter how many polygons are needed, Chad will get it done! Chad works with customers to ensure all locations are accounted for. Before his role here at TrashBolt, Chad worked for GarbageMan as a route supervisor.

LEAD SALES​ Joe Berntsen​​
Lead Sales

Joe Berntsen​

Joe has 10+ years experience in the waste services space. As a top sales rep for Republic Services, and then for Garbageman, Inc, Joe has overseen the sales of literally 1000’s of waste services contracts. He knows how waste service customers buy, and that makes him a valuable asset for our clients, as well as the SalesStryke team. Joe heads the sales efforts for the TrashBolt Software system for waste haulers.


Stephanie Ritter

Stephanie brings her creativity and design skills to TrashBolt!  Before joining the team, she worked various design jobs while working as a Social Media Intern, and afterwards became a full-time freelancer. Her role at the company involves working on website implementations by creating website mockups, button designs and complete web designs. She also creates email campaigns, flyers, and motion graphics for marketing purposes. Her social media background allows her to run each companies’ Facebook page.

Accounting Assistant & Bookkeeper

Shar Molck

In addition to Shar’s many years of experience as a record keeper, office manager and home maker, she owned her own steel fabrication business for 10 years; worked as project manager and records coordinator in the residential construction industry, managed the office and oversaw inventory control for a multi-location retailer of imported furniture; and most recently, assisted management in a medium sized garbage hauling operation.

Behind the scenes is our development team working hard to maintain and improve our software.
