As part of TrashBolt’s Customer Service Portal, our Bulky Pickup System (BPS) is likely the best on the market. While other bulky systems allow a customer to pick an item and schedule, they do not allow the customer to pay for it. With TrashBolt, customers can add bulky items to their cart, schedule their service on the available service dates, and pay for it.
Better yet, with TrashBolt’s Data Sync Application, the bulky pickup work order and transaction data can be automatically entered into any back end accounting/operations system. No other bulky pickup system on the market offers this.
How TrashBolt's Bulky Pickup Works
STEP ONE
Customers access BPS through a dashboard installed on the hauler’s website, or a downloadable phone app.
STEP TWO
After entering their address, BPS presents your customers with an intuitive search. Customers simply add their items to their cart.
STEP THREE
Checking out is easy. Simply agree to the terms and conditions, pick from available schedule dates, enter credit card information, and done!
